Peter's 

After finishing Highschool in 1980 (Germany), I started training as an apprentice baker and graduated in 1983.

I served the German airforce from 1983-1995 and gained experience by serving and cooking for the german millitary soldiers.

I moved to the US and settled in El Paso, TX in 2000 where I started working in a small local German Bakery.   Three years later I opened my first bakery

 My business is currently located at 255 Shadow Mountain Drive in El Paso, TX.
